Week 10: Midterm Week

  Dear I2 Parents,

I have prepared some resources to help your students get ready for their upcoming midterm exams. It’s crucial for them to prepare effectively, as the exams will include listening, oral, and written sections.

Students should focus on reviewing the vocabulary, spelling, definitions, grammar, and comprehension skills we've covered in class.

Please find the resources listed below to assist with their preparation. Happy studying!

We would like to inform grade 4 students and parents that beginning Week 11, Friday, November 14, our weekly quizzes and tests will return to being held on Fridays. This adjustment comes as the swimming program has now concluded, allowing us to resume our regular academic schedule.

The first quiz under this updated schedule will take place on Friday, November 14, and will cover the vocabulary and spelling words from “Good-Bye, 382 Shin Dang Dong.” Students are encouraged to review the vocabulary, and spelling concepts from the story located in the communication book on page 59 in preparation.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation. We look forward to maintaining a consistent and productive learning routine with our students.

NOTE:

  • We are focusing on Communication book p. 56 words this week. These words do not have Chinese translations, but they are all in our RWN. These words will not be tested on Friday, and they will not be in our final. Thank you for your understanding!
